Hey guys im Dean, been looking through some tabs here and thought id sign up, one of the only sites i could find with some decent tabs!
Well i have been playing the flute and recorder for about 4 years now and all i learnt was all from tabs(Yep thats right i can read sheet lol)
I recently decided that ill make a switch over to a keyboard, Iv been looking at some of the major makes, Yamaha, Korg, Roland Etc. But the truth is im totaly lost, Basicly my requirments are that the keyboard has all the different tones and instruments (I like to play tubular bells and strings etc lol) and that it is basically somthing decent to start off with and im not going to have to take out a new mortgage for it :P
As i said, i been looking loads, But im lost and confused, I wondered if anyone could recommend me a basic keyboard for my needs etc.
Thanks for all the help, And hopefully when i get the keyboard ill start making some tabs :P

Hey, I had the same problem a/b two years ago. If I were you I would go w/ some kind of Yamaha. The one I started w/ and still use is the Yamaha Portable Grand DGX-205, and I love it! I hope this helps you.

I agree to. Yamaha makes great pianos/keyboard. I have a Yamaha DGX - 500 and it works great and is awesome.
